Our Mission

As a people company, we care a great deal about our employees, as well as those in the communities we serve. Throughout the years, we’ve supported those who’ve experienced hardships and traumatic events. Additionally, we proudly sponsor grants to support students’ future endeavors.

To continue our stewardship in our communities as well as support those in dire need, we’re excited to announce that we’ve officially established TNG Charities, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. This newly formed organization is comprised of a Board of Directors and committees that oversee and determine the distribution of funds.

How We Help

Support post-high school plans for student workers
Begin the journey to your future with funds to use towards college, trade or vocational school. Grants up to $1,000 – $5,000 are available for students employed in school food service operations.

Help those in need in the communities we serve
We’re invested in the communities we serve, as well as our employees and have always supported our TNG family when someone has experienced a hardship or traumatic event.

It’s all about caring and contributing for the betterment of us all. By donating to this fund, you are making a difference in the lives of our students, faculty, friends, and family. Even the smallest donation will go a long way!
